All expenses (merchandise, fees, taxes, etc.) incurred by Delmarva Concierge while rendering services to the client are not included in the normal hourly fee and are the responsibility of the client.

To serve you better, we request a 24-hour notice on all services, but we also realize that urgent needs do arise and we will endeavor to accommodate any last-minute requests.

There is a $30 charge, plus all banking fees, for any returned checks.

Membership package hours may be rolled over with the purchase of an additional month’s service.

Please be advised that inclement weather may cause services to be postponed or canceled.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Privacy:  All personal and credit information collected will be used for the sole purpose of  providing concierge services and billing the client for  those services.  No information will be disclosed to a third party except for the purpose of finalizing the client’s financial responsiblity to Delmarva Concierge.

Delmarva Concierge reserves the right to refuse any service request we feel is outside of our scope of expertise or contrary to company policies.
