A personal concierge is an ally who is relied upon to run errands and carry out household and office duties. The concierge works in harmony with the client’s needs to improve the operation of the customer's life and business.
2. Is a personal concierge service right for me? The answer is yes if: § You have ever wished there were more hours in the day or that you had an extra pair of hands. § You want to stay focused on family, friends, and work. § You would like some help managing your busy life. § You are a member of the “sandwich generation”. § You would like to alleviate stress. § You are an employer and would like to attract and retain quality personnel and create an engaged workforce. § You are an employer who needs some extra help, but does not need a permanent employee. 3. Are there any services that you simply do not do?
§ Due to insurance limitations, at this time Delmarva Concierge does not provide childcare or provide transportion for people or pets.
§ In addition, Delmarva Concierge will NOT fulfill any request that is illegal, immoral, not of good intent, or dangerous.

5. When is payment due?
Payment is due once service is completed, unless prior arrangements have been made. Membership fees are due on the 1st of each month.
6. What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, checks, and credit cards (via PayPal).
7. Are you insured?
Yes, Delmarva Concierge carries liability insurance.
8. What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are from 9a.m.-5p.m., Monday-Friday. We are closed for most holidays. If we are available to service a client outside of normal business hours, a flat fee of $25 will be charged in addition to the regular hourly rate.
